Mark Robinson plans to hold a news conference Tuesday afternoon to address the growing controversy over his remarks against members of the LGBTQ community. Robinson will speak in downtown Raleigh just hours after three Democratic lawmakers held their own news conference to affirm their support for the LGBTQ community.
