Laura Leslie, WRAL — House lawmakers Monday unveiled their plans for raises and tax cuts in their budget proposal. The full House budget document wasn’t available yet Monday afternoon, but House Speaker Tim Moore’s office said it should be posted late Monday afternoon. Parts of the massive document were rolled out in committees late last week, but they didn’t include information about raises and bonuses for teachers and state employees or about proposed tax cuts.
